- This 12 month journey of self-discovery to self-mastery program provides support to release what is no longer serving you through self-awarensess in order to support a personal process of transformation. Together we embark on a process to positively influence the way you percieve your past, your present and your future; enhancing the way you choose to interact with your experience of life on all levels.
- This process of transformation will progress over a period of 12 months. You and I come together once a month for an intensive 1-on-1 three hour session, each one builds upon the foundation of the previous session..
- In between sessions you will have access to videos, MP3’s and excersizes that will develop a skill-set for life as you contemplate and practice in between sessions.
- The program utilises personality profiling, cognitive excersises, HeartMath polyvagal practices and Hypnothereapy as described in more detail below:
- About Enneagram Personality Profiling & Personal Development: The Enneagram is a system of personality typing that describes patterns in how you interpret the world and manage your emotions. We will begin a highly individualised journey of personal transformation through:
- Self Awareness
- Self Responsibility
- Self Mastery
- About HeartMath Polyvagal Strengthening: is a science based practical solution for relieving stress and anxiety, improving health and wellness, and improving your performance. You will learn how to change your heart rhythm pattern to create physiological coherence; a scientifically measurable state characterized by increased order and harmony in your mind, emotions and body. The therapy utilises HeartMath Biofeedback technology to track and monitor your ability to increase your own physiological coherence live during the first five sessions.
- Ablout Hypnotherapy: Uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. In this naturally occurring state, you will be guided during sessions to focus your attention on specific thoughts or tasks tailored to your personal development. Because the hypnotic state allows you to explore thoughts, feelings, and memories hidden from your conscious mind, hypnosis enables you to perceive some things differently. Hypnotherapy will be used in two ways; as suggestion therapy and for analysis.
- Hypno-Suggestion therapy: The hypnotic state helps you to be better able to respond to suggestions. Therefore, hypnotherapy can help change certain perceptions and behaviors and tailor them to how to you choose to perceive and respond to yourself and life.
- Hypno-Analysis: This approach uses the relaxed state to explore a the psychological root cause of a belief, or behaviour, such as a perceived traumatic past event that has shaped how you subconsciously perceive yourself, and certain external circumstances that then trigger unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Once the root event is revealed, it can be addressed through re-framing and releasing.
